Local Delivery Service

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2pm will be ship the next business day for local delivery ​

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You can track your order through the carrier’s website.

​Return And Refund 

At CandleFlora, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You have 7 days from the date of receiving to return an
  item.
• Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)


 Refunds Process: Once we receive your item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Exchanges Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@candleflora.com
